Step 1: Use a special splint to clamp the short tube on the upper part of the submersible pump, start the lifting equipment, slowly lift the submersible pump and gently put it into the well bore, as shown in Figure 6-51(a). When the splint is lowered onto the skid of the wellhead, remove the hook of the lifting equipment.

Step 2: Clamp the other pump tube with the second sub-card, and lift it with the lifting equipment. As shown in Figure 6-51(b), place it on the flange of the wellhead pump tube and bolt it. The two pump tubes are fastened. Note that the rubber pads are placed between the two flanges, and they should be placed in a positive position; the tightening force of each bolt should be even to prevent water leakage due to poor sealing.

Step 3: Lift the submersible pump and pump tube slightly upwards to remove the first sub-ply. After the first sub-ply is removed, the lifting device is started, and then the submersible pump is slowly lowered into the well, so that the second sub-card is smoothly landed on the wellhead. At this point, use the removed splint card to attach to the next pump tube.

Step 4: According to the above method, all the pump tubes that need to go down are put into the well tube one by one, and finally the pump seat and the elbow are installed, as shown in Figure 6-51(c). Remove the square block and place the entire submersible pump on the wellhead foundation.

Step 5: Connect the valve and the ground water pipe. Connect the power cord to test the car.

When installing a submersible pump for a well, the following points should be noted.

(1) The cable should be placed in the groove of the water pipe flange, and the cable should be fixed on the water pump pipe with water-resistant rope. When going down the well, never use the cable as a sling. To prevent the cable from being scratched during the pump down to the hole.
(2) If the submersible pump finds a stuck phenomenon during the process when pump down to the hole , it should be lifted a little, and gently turn the splint to try to fall. If it is not effective after taking various measures, you must not force the pump down, otherwise it will easily cause damage to the submersible pump parts, cable scratches, and even serious consequences of decoupling. In this case, the electric pump should be immediately raised outside the well, and the cause should be found before going down.
(3) When connecting the water pipe, a rubber pad should be placed in the middle of the two flange faces and fastened with bolts. When tightening, the mother-in-law should be tightened step by step according to the diagonal line to prevent the water leakage of the flange from being skewed.
(4) The submersible pump's suction port should be submerged below the moving water level (at least 1m) to avoid water loss during pumping.
(5) During the installation process, the ambient temperature should be above 0 °C. Too low, take insulation measures. In order to prevent the freezing motor from freezing and other adverse consequences.
(6) At the end of installation, the insulation resistance between windings and between winding and ground shall be measured with a 500V megohmmeter not less than 5MΩ.
