1. After install the submersible pump, we should check the insulation resistance and three-phase conduction from the switch, check the instrument and the starting device. If there is no problem, we can start and test the motor. After starting, observe the instrument indication. We should check the reading data whether exceeds the rated voltage and current specified on the nameplate, and whether the pump is in noise or vibration, If everything is OK, we can operate the submersible pump

2. After operated the pump for four hours in the first time , it should be stopped to quickly test the thermal insulation resistance of the motor, and its value should be not less than 0.5 megohm.

3. After stop the pump, we should wait for for more than ten minutes to start again, to prevent the water in the water pipe from being completely reflow and causing the motor starting current to be too large and damaged.

4. After operate the submersible pump in normal, in order to prolong its service life, it is necessary to regularly check the power supply voltage, whether the working current and the insulation resistance are normal. If the following conditions are found, we should stop the motor immediately.

1.Under rated conditions, the current exceeds 20%.
2.The water level drops to the water inlet section, causing intermittent water discharge.
3.The submersible pump vibrates or is noisy.
4.The power supply voltage is lower than 340 volts.
5.One phase of fuse burns out .
6.The water pipe is damaged.
7.Motor to geothermal insulation resistance is less than 0.5 megohms.

5. Disassemble the pump set:

1.Untie the cable tether, remove the pipe section, and remove the retaining plate.
2.Unscrew the drain bolt and drain the water in the motor cavity.
3.Remove the filter and loosen the fixing screws that secure the motor shaft on the coupling.
4.Unscrew the bolts connected to the motor at the water inlet section to separate the water pump from the motor (when separating, pay attention to leveling the unit to prevent the pump shaft from being bent).
5.The order of pump disassembly is: (See Figure 1) Inlet section, impeller, diversion shell, impeller... Backstop valve body. When removing the impeller, use the special tool to loosen the conical sleeve of the fixed impeller first, avoiding during the disassembly process. Bend the pump shaft and bruise each piece.
6.Motor removal process is: (See Figure 1) Place the motor on the platform, and remove the nut, base, shaft lock nut, thrust plate, key, and lower guide on the stud bolt (pull bolt) from the bottom of the motor. Bearing housing, stud bolt,
7.Then remove the rotor (be careful not to damage the wire package) and finally remove the coupling section and the upper guide housing.

6, unit assembly:

Before assembly, the rust and dirt of each component should be cleaned, the mating surfaces and fasteners should be buttered, and then assembled in the reverse order of disassembly (after assembly, the motor shaft is moved about one millimeter). After assembly, The toggle coupling should be flexible, and the rear of the motor cavity should be filled with clean water and the upper filter screen.

7. If the submersible pump runs for one year, or if it has been running for less than one year but the dive time has reached two years, it should be proposed from the well and dismantled and repaired according to Article 5 to replace the worn parts. The frozen motor is bad in season.
