The structural characteristics of the oil-filled motor for submersible pump:

The main feature of the submersible pump is that the pump and the motor are connected by a coupling, and the pump set has an elongated shape, so it can pump the water from the bottom of certain diameter deep well. This is the simplest, most economical and most effective device for lifting water from well bottom. Deep well submersible pumps, like other submersible pumps, can be divided into various types according to the internal structure of the motor and the structure of the pump.

(1) According to the internal structure of the motor

According to the internal structure of the submersible motor, it can be divided into water-filled type, oil-filled type and shielded type submersible pumps.

1. Water-filled wet type deep well submersible pump

The submersible pump for water-filled wet wells refers to the submersible motor that is filled with liquid during operation (the liquid can be cleaned, distilled water or water-soluble anti-rust liquid according to the measures taken against corrosion inside the motor), and the stator winding is made of water-resistant winding. Wire manufacturing, radial bearings and thrust bearings for motors use liquid-lubricated plain bearings. Its characteristic is that it can work underwater for a long time, and it is not afraid that the outside water will affect the work of the submersible pump due to leakage into the motor. At present, submersible pumps for domestic and foreign wells are the most widely used.

2. Oil-filled type deep well submersible pump

The motor of Oil-filled type deep well submersible pump is filled with insulating oil, which is used for insulation, sealing, cooling and lubrication of the motor. In order to improve the reliability and continuous working life of the oil-filled submersible pump, an oil-filled motor is usually provided with an adjustment device for supplementing oil leakage and a lean oil protection device. Since the motor is filled with oil, the parts are not easily corroded, which is convenient for lifting the operating life of the pump, and has a wide adaptability to the quality of the well water and the sediment concentration.

3. Shielded type deep well submersible pump

The shielded well submersible pump is generally used for small-diameter wells. The winding wire of the motor is made of ordinary high-strength enameled wire. The stator part is separated from the rotor by a stainless steel shielding sleeve to ensure that the outside water does not leak. Into the winding part of the motor, thus greatly improving the operational reliability of the pump. The rotor portion is generally filled with water or oil to cool the heat generated by the shield sleeve loss and the rotor loss, and to lubricate and cool the bearing portion of the motor. This kind of pump is more difficult to manufacture than the two pumps, and the material requirements are more expensive than the previous two pumps, so the price is more expensive.

(2) According to the structure of the deep well submersible pump

The deep well submersible pumps can be divided into a single suction type and a double suction type submersible pump according to the structural form of the water pump part.

1. single suction submersible pump

There is only one suction port for the single-suction submersible pump, which is generally connected to the pump and the motor. The structure is shown in Figure 23(a). The utility model has the advantages that the structure is relatively simple, the manufacture and the maintenance are relatively convenient, but the axial force generated when the pump works is relatively large (increasing with the lift of the pump), and therefore, the thrust bearing of the submersible motor for the well is more Awkward requirements. This type of pump is simple in construction and easy to manufacture and maintain, so most well submersible pumps use this form.

2.double suction well submersible pump

There are two suction ports for the double-suction submersible pump, one at the pump and the motor, and the other under the water outlet flange of the pump. The structure is shown in the figure. Water supply, the resulting axial force is downward. The other half of the impeller is supplied by the suction port at the upper end of the water pump.
